Charge your electrified Mercedes-Benz at home in style and with ease at the Mercedes-Benz Wallbox. With a charging power of up to 11.5 kW*, a 7-metre cable length and the type-1 plug, you can charge your vehicle safely and significantly faster than at a household socket.

Pre-installation for Remote Online services in the Mercedes me App**
Charging processes can be easily controlled using the smartphone and the Mercedes me App. You receive information on the charging status as well as a clear overview of your charging history. For this, the Wallbox is simply connected to the Internet using the customer's own WLAN or LAN.

Safety has top priority
The integrated components (20mA CCID) provide additional protection for the vehicle, the house installation and the Wallbox during charging. As additional protection against unauthorised use, the Mercedes-Benz Wallbox can be unlocked or locked using the app or the RFID card.

Over-the-air updates
The Mercedes-Benz Wallbox is technically capable of receiving "over-the-air" software updates through the customer's own WLAN or LAN.

Installation***
If you are interested in arranging for the professional installation of a Wallbox, please contact our installation partner in the relevant country. Installation is not included in the purchase price, but you will receive an overview of the installation costs from our installation partner, who will also be happy to check your home to see whether a Wallbox can be installed. An Internet connection via LAN or WLAN is required for installation.

Compatibility
The Mercedes-Benz Wallbox has been tested for compatibility and function with all current Mercedes-Benz models. The Wallbox has been developed according to the official IEC 61851-1 standard and can therefore also be used with other vehicles that adhere to this standard.
