Flex Base 5Z is the ideal addition to Baby-Safe 3 i-SIZE, Dualfix 3 i-Size and Dualfix 5Z, bringing even more comfort to everyday life with baby and toddler. This is because each of the seats mentioned here can be installed by clicking on the base to adapt it to the child’s height as it grows. Another advantage is the integrated seat rotating function, which allows the seat to be simply rotated towards the car door, making it even easier to place and fasten a small infant in the child seat. Dualfix car seats can even be rotated through 360°. This means that a child of 15 months and older and a height as from 76 cm can be seated facing forward during a journey. With Flex Base, the angle of the child seat can also be adjusted to one of six ergonomic positions to ensure an equally safe and comfortable journey. The ISOFIX locking system, which makes it easy to fasten the ISOFIX locking arms to the ISOFIX anchorage points in the vehicle, is also an added safety feature. An intelligent and adjustable support leg increases the stability on the vehicle floor, while a clearly audible clicking noise ensures that the BABY-SAFE 5Z2 is installed correctly. Clearly visible indicators on the unlock button of the base station also indicate that installation has been successful.
