Updated navigation data for the Audio 50 APS (NTG 2) navigation device.
Seven CDs, packed with navigation data for 29 European countries, with major and minor roads, towns, villages and plenty of points of interest:
Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Vatican City. There is full coverage of all European countries featured on the 2017/2018 version.
The navigation data on the 2017/2018 version covers over 7.87 million kilometres of road throughout Europe. The 2017/2018 version features over 750,000 towns and communities.
Precise navigation to the required house number:
This product does not feature expanded house numbers. Focus was placed on updating the house numbers available.
Points of Interest (POI):
Over 2.6 million key points of interest are featured on the DVD, including filling stations, car parks, museums, restaurants and hospitals. This information was updated for this version, which is why some 175,000 fewer POIs are available compared to the previous version. If required, the navigation system will also show the user the quickest route to 3009 Mercedes-Benz service outlets.
Some 129,016 company branches and 4,848 wineries have been added to the new 2017/2018 version.
Dynamic route guidance based on the latest traffic data (TMC/RDS):
Using the data from the Traffic Message Channel, the navigation system takes into account the latest motorway traffic bulletins and automatically calculates diversions. This convenient service is available in 12 countries:
Road network updates:
Map updates include millions of changes, e.g. new roads, crossroads, bypasses, junctions and motorway slip roads and exits. One section of road may feature a whole range of attributes such as house numbers, one-way routing, number of lanes or turning restrictions. All of these attributes and the vast number of points of interest are updated constantly.
