Daimler-Benz presented the MB-trac model range, which had been radically overhauled in both technical and stylistic terms and expanded to eight models, at the Paris International Agri-Business Show (SIMA) in 1987. The MB-trac 1600 turbo with its 156 hp six-cylinder engine was the new flagship of the model range.
