A wonderful addition to any model car collection: the Mercedes-Benz 220 SE "Tail Fin" W 111 (1959-1965) in the Classic Limited Edition. Introduced to the market in 1959, the model got its nickname from the discreet tail fin on the rear wings. The Mercedes-Benz 220 SE is one of the special milestones in automotive history, as the safety body invented by Béla Barényi was implemented as a series model here for the first time. The miniature model is made from die-cast zinc and is enhanced with plastic parts. It was implemented with the highest attention to detail according to the original CAD data and in the high-quality decorated interior there is an accurate reproduction of all interior details. The model of the 220 SE is mounted on a printed base and encased in a presentation box. It is supplied in Mercedes-Benz Classic designer packaging.
